About Me

My name is Breanna Stillman and I am studying business management here at Temple University. My goal is to work in a management position or one that will lead to future management possibilities. My options are very open for my future upon graduation, where opportunity leads me I will go. My interest in management came from working under good (and bad) leaders and realizing how influential they were in my development. I then took that path for education hoping to one day be the type of leader that positively influences others!

I have lived in the Philadelphia suburbs my entire life. After attending kindergarden my father home schooled me from 1st grade through 3rd. I then attended Penn Christian Academy from 4th grad until 8th grade, and moved onto Christopher Dock Mennonite High School until I graduated in 2009. After high school I enrolled in Montgomery County Community College because I had no clue where I wanted to go to college, what I wanted to study, or how I was going to pay for it. I decided to get my associates degree in business management and eventually transferred to Temple University to study Business Management. Temple was a fitting choice seeing how I come from a family of Temple Owls. Both my mother and father graduated from Temple.

Aside from business I love the world of fashion. The amount of time I spend dreaming about my future work life, is equivalent to the time I spend dreaming about what outfits I will wear when I am there. I can spend hours walking around the mall popping in and out just to browse and also see what is on the shelves. I love the satisfaction of helping someone leave with a wonderful outfit that will exude confidence and creativity for their unique situations.

I have recently become a runner because I love the commitment you put yourself in from the first step until you get to the last. I am currently training for my first 10 miler, the Broad Street Run! I have lived a more athletic life playing many sports (soccer, softball, basketball, tennis, track & field) but have slowly been getting more involved in yoga and pilates.

My bubbly personality has been a treasure of mine throughout my life and have found it to help me through college and my minor career thus far. Being a personable and talkative person I have been able to make friends, study groups, and connect with new people all the time. I have no problem speaking up for my class when my professor is confusing us or getting up in front of my class for presentations. Throughout my college years I have struggled with tests, time management, stress management, academic performance, but have learned a lot as well. I look forward to the day when I can put what I have learned to use in my day to day work activities.
