Technical assistant

I helped with reports and monitored MS Teams calls for Melanie and her team over a three-week time period. The reports included information such efficiency of her new technology instated and updates on work logs of each employee. Technical issues for MS Teams included the inability to see certain messages and frames of employees and unstable wifi connections.

Helping Melanie’s team showed me how crucial understanding technical knowledge in all varieties of career fields in necessary to know. Despite her career in the medical field it is still necessary to keep updated on the tech industry and how it can improve efficiency in their realm of work.
