I created and maintained an Excel-based estimating system to organize project estimates, customer information, and related cost data. I also helped create an electronic process for organizing active projects, estimate status, project costs, customer information, and completion information. In addition, I helped improve the company&#8217;s digital file organization for estimates, invoices, payroll records, customer documents, and project files. My goal was to make important business information easier to organize, locate, update, and review.
