I led the rebranding and redesign of the company website, incorporating customer testimonials and detailed services pages, which resulted in a 29% increase in customer engagement and online inquiries. I also implemented a cloud-based infrastructure and developed a new invoice system, which reduced operational inefficiencies by 25% and significantly improved employee satisfaction. Additionally, I optimized the customer communication systems, leading to faster response times, improved customer retention, and higher overall satisfaction.
