In my role, I led 16+ focus groups across four technology divisions to identify gaps in associate experience, synthesizing survey and qualitative data into actionable recommendations to strengthen enablement and inclusion within Cloud &amp; Tech teams. I redesigned a legacy feedback framework using historical data and incentive testing, increasing research participation by 10%. Additionally, I planned and executed high-impact engagement initiatives, including a 150+ attendee Student &amp; Grads networking event and organization-wide volunteer programs for 1,300+ associates during the annual CORE gathering.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"1220\">Through this experience, I gained valuable insight into working in a corporate environment, building confidence, advocating for myself, collaborating effectively, and adapting to new challenges.
