Crew Trainer.  this was one of my toughest job but also one of the most valuable work experience i have had.  For over five years, I worked eight hours on the food line making food, processing orders and payments, washing dishes, training new employees, ect.  i was basically doing a little bit of everything.  and responded appropriately to guest concerns.   I also managed to meet customer needs and effectively resolved food or service issues  everyday, listening to complaints, solving them the best way i know how to.
