Honors Admissions and Transitions Team
As an Honors Ambassador, I assist prospective students as they navigate their college decision process. During Experience Temple Days I represent the Temple Honors Program and answer any questions that prospective students have about Temple University and the Honors Program.
Temple’s Symposium for Undergraduate Research & Creativity
In my freshman year I took a course called “Honors Media and Society”, where I completed a research project on why people enjoy watching sad movies. I conducted both primary and secondary research. Participants watched a video clip from a film, and they answered survey questions about the movie clip and their enjoyment of sad movies in general. I then compiled my findings into a 20 page research paper. I later presented my research at Temple’s Symposium for Undergraduate Research & Creativity in front of faculty and my peers.

Ultimate Frisbee
I have been playing Ultimate Frisbee since my freshman year of high school, where I was the captain for my junior and senior years. I currently play on the Temple University Womxn’s Ultimate team. I travel with my team to tournaments along the east coast, and we compete in the Ohio-Valley region.
