It involved performing emergency and insurance tows. I would be assigned a tow where I would receive a vehicles location, the vehicles description, the customers information, and the drop-off location. Once received I would call the customer for clarifying information on the vehicle, such as &#8220;does the vehicle run&#8221;, &#8220;can the vehicle go into neutral&#8221;, &#8220;where is the vehicle being dropped off&#8221;.
