Phillies #CollegeSeries Business Analytics Night
On April 11, 2023, I had the opportunity to attend the Phillies #CollegeSeries Business Analytics Night. I met many business analytics professionals and former Phillies players. The event took place in the Phillies Media room at Citizens Bank Park. I learned how business analysts and data engineers are now shifting from cleaning and sorting data to automating most processes and focusing on how to use the final data to benefit the Phillies organization. This night taught me about the many paths I can take as an MIS major.
