Philly Cam: Democratization of XR

- Details of the activity: This activity took place at the Philadelphia Community Access media. It was opened from 12:00pm to 5:00 PM. I was in attendance from 2:00 to 3:00.
- At this event I learned just how accessible the fields of communications and media production cam be. At this event they had many stations set up to give attendees hands on experience with things such as nvr, green screens, and other media communications tools that I had never had the fortune of experiencing.
- The field of MIS, in my mind, is largely about being able to explain the technological side of the business world to those who may not be as well versed in it. This event was an amazing example of people showing this technology and these skills, but allowing people to become familiar with it and allowing those who are not experts with these specific technologies to understand how they work and the advantages they can bring.
