Summer Turnaround Intern
- Conducted inspections of campus facilities and communicated results to peers and supervisors
- Facilitated meeting with Summer Turn Around operations team
- Maintained, cultivated, and processed data collected from multiple departments in order to better streamline our separate operations
- Tracked and inspected the work of trades personnel then compiled a report for supervisors
- Used Microsoft Excel syntax to create several databases to better communicate our progress and information to teams of directors and executives
LEAF Commercial Capital Inc., Philadelphia, PA May 2020 – Present
IT Intern
- Helped facilitate the transition to a new back end system for all LEAF personnel
- Lead user testing groups involving members of all departments and walked them through the new back end leasing system
- Participated in meetings explaining the system status to each individual department, helping keep all parties informed and coordinating the path forwards
- Worked in 2 different Jira databases in order to track bugs and work with the programming team to rectify any issues with the new process
- Wrote User Guides teaching users to operate within the new environment efficiently
