I’ve been working as a part-time server at Veekoo Restaurants since March 2023. While working here, I provided quick and effective service to over 50 customers a night by recommending our specials, answering questions about our menu with over 80 items, and ensuring that their allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences were taken into consideration. I also handled multiple tasks including doing prep work, recording orders, filling drinks, running food, and bussing/cleaning tables. I learned how to communicate with customers and my co-workers effectively. I also learned how to work in a fast pace environment and how to manage my time accordingly.
