Work Experience

I have been doing part time jobs in retail stores. I started with K-mart where I was made a cashier. It was a good job since it was the first job I landed, plus I also got to mingle with a lot of customers. My next job was in HomeGoods, where I was a merchandise associate. I was in charge of making sure all the furniture were counted for and were displayed in proper order. Since I was very proactive, the customers found it comfortable when talking to me. I was also on a good side with the managers of the store.
I found my big break  when I landed an internship job at SAP. I was a part of the Go-To-Market Global Sales Team and was responsible with communicating with the Regional Centers of Excellence to find out what problems they were facing.  I was responsible to maintain a database which the team had made in excel using Visual Basic. It had over 600+ use cases (customer stories) by the time my internship was over, of which 150+ use case (or customer stories) were added by me. I was also responsible in making the database output look “pretty” so that people did not stumble over the database. I had another role which was to keep updating SAP HANA Customer Stories Deck for various industries. This meant going through what the company had to say about SAP HANA product and how did HANA change the business process of the company.
