During my deployment with the PA Army National Guard, I was in charge of three soldiers whom I trained to use G-Army. I trained them by showing them how to move equipment, update budgets, and properly generate reports. G-Army is a multifunctional platform that also benefits other sections, like Transportation and Maintenance. Other than ordering general supplies and equipment, G-Army to order vehicle and aircraft parts for mechanics. I also updated the status of vehicles, whether they were operational or faulty. To support the Transportation section, I dispatched vehicles and updated the mileage on reports for when soldiers returned vehicles. Working as a team and mentoring soldiers will aid me in the future with working with future co workers and becoming a better mentor.<\/p>\n
