This course gave me a better understanding of how IT Service Management (ITSM) tools are used to manage IT services and solve problems. I learned about different ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, and Freshservice. ITSM is not just about the features of a tool; organizations must also consider scalability, usability, security, cost, and available training to choose the tool that best benefits the organization.<\/p>\n<p>I can apply this to my coursework by using ITSM concepts when working on projects and better explaining how technology can help organizations solve problems. I can also use what I learned to evaluate different technology solutions, make better decisions, and improve teamwork and efficiency.
