Junior Business Analyst Internship
I spent the summer of 2017 as a Junior Business Analyst for Temple University’s Continuing Education Systems. This department manages the system that processes all registrations for Temple University’s noncredit activity. I got professional experience as well as information technology experience. I got to experience what it is like to be a business analyst. I completed several projects from start to finish including attending the initial kickoff meeting to gather requirements and completing the project with the final training of the program office staff on the DestinyOne system so they can manage their registrations. I also had customer service experience when I managed the DestinyOne help email inbox and phone line. I learned a lot this summer and I am very thankful for this opportunity!
