Data Analyst Intern – First Executive Limousine Inc. (Summer 2025)
During Summer 2025, I served as a Data Analyst Intern at First Executive Limousine Inc., a luxury transportation company serving the Greater Philadelphia region. Sponsored by the Operations & Business Intelligence Department and supervised by the Operations Manager, I contributed to several initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and fleet performance. In this role, I collected, cleaned, and analyzed operational data related to scheduling, route efficiency, customer behavior, and driver performance. I worked on weekly KPI dashboards, conducted route optimization studies, categorized customer feedback trends, and assisted with data validation processes to ensure accurate reporting for management decision-making. Through these projects, I strengthened my analytical and technical skills while applying concepts from my major—such as data cleaning, KPI analysis, data visualization, and operations analytics—to real business problems. This experience deepened my understanding of how data-driven insights support organizational strategy and operational improvement, and it directly connects to the coursework in operations management, data analytics, and information systems.
