(Summer 2025)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><br data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"508\" \/><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">During Summer 2025, I served as a Data Analyst Intern at First Executive Limousine Inc., a luxury transportation company serving the Greater Philadelphia region. Sponsored by the Operations &amp; Business Intelligence Department and supervised by the Operations Manager, I contributed to several initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and fleet performance. In this role, I collected, cleaned, and analyzed operational data related to scheduling, route efficiency, customer behavior, and driver performance. I worked on weekly KPI dashboards, conducted route optimization studies, categorized customer feedback trends, and assisted with data validation processes to ensure accurate reporting for management decision-making. Through these projects, I strengthened my analytical and technical skills while applying concepts from my major\u2014such as data cleaning, KPI analysis, data visualization, and operations analytics\u2014to real business problems.
