During this 10-week internship, I worked on the Enterprise Architecture team within the Business Technology Department (BTS) under Peter Meredith. I was assigned to help migrate all of the business tech applications to IBX’s new user interface model. In addition, I was tasked with creating process flowcharts for the organization, enabling colleagues across teams to update them as needed. In the final weeks, Peter assigned me the task of creating a model that mapped all of the business tech application capabilities to the departments that used them. During my time here, I learned how organizations share data and link resources between departments. Peter also included me in departmental meetings, where I observed how the BTS team collaborates internally, works with other departments, and addresses pressing issues of the day.<\/p>\n
