Fox School of Business Spring Connection 2025 (Job & Internship Fair)
For Thursday, February 13, 2024, I attended the Fox School of Business Fall Connection 2024 (Job & Internship Fair), which was sponsored by the Fox School of Business Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD).
It occured from 11 am to 2 pm in HG Student Center South, Room 200 on that Thursday.
During my time there, I learned about the multiple career opportunities that were provided by companies such as KPMG, EisnerAmper, and the Panda Restaurant Company and how to effectively communicate to employers on the skills and knowledge I had from previous job experiences and at Temple that I could apply to their job opportunities.
For my career goals, it helped me get in contact with employers about potential positions outside of the current fields that I am working in such as in digital auditing and data analytics.
I managed to gain some valuable networking opportunties and learn about what positions would be available to me.
For course work, I was able to apply my communication skills from my Business Communications course towards communicating with employers, displaying my computing skills from my Applied Statistics and Data Science and my quantitative analysis skills from my Econometrics course.
