The Bandish Group provides full life cycle recruiting services and staffing solutions to the pharmaceutical and device industries. “Our reputation for professionally handled, efficient searches has won us the regard and confidence of companies from start-ups, to small and medium-sized organizations, to Fortune 500 firms in the pharmaceutical industry”. As an intern, I sourced for potential candidates and analyzed their skill sets based on specific job descriptions. Along with performing basic data-entry duties, I helped reorganize the database so candidates would be easier to find.
