The project was \u00a0focused on evaluating the company\u2019s competitive strategy, business model, and long term strategic direction within the fintech industry. My role entailed conducting in depth research, applying strategic models such as SWOT analysis and Porter\u2019s Five Forces, and assessing industry patterns impacting Robinhood\u2019s expansion and sustainability. Through this project, I developed strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening Robinhood\u2019s competitive advantage, improving buyer trust, and tackling regulatory and operational obstacles. This project improved my ability to analyze complicated business situations, make decisions based on data, and clearly share what I learned.
