Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and troubleshoot computer lab of over 40 desktop stations.
• Assist professors with lab equipment and resolve any issues faced.
• Update software & accounts on a monthly basis
How It Relates to MIS
During my experience working at the lab. it seemed to compare to knowledge from MIS 3406: Network IT Architecture. I had to setup account use accounts, privileges, drives, and the use of DNS servers on the lab computers. My knowledge from Azure was able to transfer over.
