MIS3535 Weekly Journal
During the past week we had our first meeting between the PMs and the BAs to introduce ourselves and give the BAs a sense of what to expect from the class and some guidance for the project. It was difficult to find a time when we were all available but most of us made it to the meeting. We established a weekly meeting time to develop the project on schedule. We have a great group and I think we will be able to succeed with this project. We also prepared for the client interview with the Director of TU Press. We put together a document with possible questions for the interview. One of the main obstacles for the project so far is communication. The BAs are slow to reply to emails which I believe will improve as soon as we start working with the required documents. Moving forward we will start drafting our plans and prepare for the second interview.
