Why I want an MIS degree
Moore’s law states that every two years, the amount of transistors in a dense integrated circuit doubles. This means twice the speed, twice the efficiency. Computers and electronics are becoming more and more integrated into our daily lives and workplaces. The knowledge of technology and how to use it is extremely valuable, as most businesses run on computer systems and use various technologies and softwares to help them do their jobs. It’s exciting that potential job opportunities for future graduates may not exist yet. The technologies are changing rapidly and knowledge of them is crucial and will continue to be in the future.
