-Learned effective ways to sort and interpret data.
The coursework that I’ve completed in the MIS program has helped me greatly in understanding concepts that will help me in my future career. In Data Centric Applications, I was introduced to programming while learning HTML, CSS and PHP. This course has changed my life because it made me realize that I should pursue a career as a developer.
Some other courses that had a big impact on my abilities were Digital Design and Innovation Studio and Data Analytics. In Digital Design Innovation Studio I learned how to effectively manage a project while communicating with my team members to meet a clients needs. We learned how to make a prototype and effectively document all aspects of our work. While taking Data Analytics, I learned how to better manage and interpret data for many different needs.
