I actively participated in a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) refresh during my tenure, attending more than thirty stakeholder meetings to identify crucial operations and document important business processes. In order to inform updated recovery objectives and business priorities, I carried out a thorough gap analysis between prior and current BIAs. In order to improve organizational resilience and guarantee coordination among continuity planning initiatives, I also assisted in the creation of a Business Continuity Management (BCM) roadmap.
