Perkiomen Valley School District
I attended Perkiomen Valley School District from the start of first grade until my graduation from Perkiomen Valley High School. While taking honors and AP courses, I excelled academically and graduated in the top five percent of my class. Some of my favorite courses included AP Statistics, AP Calculus AB, Introduction to Computer Science, Web Design, and AP Government. I am convinced that Perkiomen Valley excellently prepared me for higher education. During my time at Perkiomen Valley High School, I worked as Sports Editor of the school newspaper and participated in the National Honor Society and Take Action Environmental Club.
Temple’s MIS Department is ranked in the top fifteen of 1,300 undergraduate MIS Departments in the United States by the U.S. News and World Report.
Temple University
I am currently enrolled as a Management Information Systems major in the Fox School of Business at Temple University. My expected graduation date is May of 2017. I am a member of both the University Honors Program and Business Honors Program. Additionally, I am the President of Temple’s Association for Information Systems. One of the highlights of my time at Temple so far as been participating in the President’s Seminar with Temple University President Neil Theobald. Meeting and engaging with President Theobald on topics related to Temple University each week was a terrific experience. Other highlights include having lunch with Atish Banerjea, Chief Information Officer of NBCUniversal, and taking a business course co-taught by Temple Men’s Basketball Head Coach Fran Dunphy.
