American Marketing Association (AMA)

I joined AMA the fall of my freshman year in 2012. My first year in AMA I joined the community service committee. Our main focus was working with Philabundance. Philabundance provides hunger relief to the Delaware Valley and beyond. We worked with Philabundance by hosting food drives and volunteering to help work in the warehouse. We also worked with HOOT-A-THON and Relay for Life. Both foundations raise money for cancer. This year I joined the special events committee. We plan networking events with professionals as well as with other organizations.  We also hold socials for members to get to know each other better and have fun.
