Career Objectives
I chose Human Resources as my major because I find the cross section between psychology and business truly interesting, looking at how companies hire, engage, motivate, and retain employees that will further their organization.
I am looking for internship experiences that will give me both a deeper understanding of functions within human resources, as well as a broader view of an organization.
I am particularly interested in HRIS and training and development. In whatever facet of HR I eventually decide to specialize in, I desire to be a strong business partner, adding value to the organization by leveraging a combination of my HR and general business knowledge.
