Atlas Property Management, LLC – Bookkeeper

Atlas Property Management, LLC, is the middle man between owners and tenants for 500 properties. The primary responsibilities of this company are to collect rental payments from tenants, charge bills to owners and tenants, and remodel owners’ homes to turnover quickly for high profit. Atlas Property Management is also responsible for dispersing tenants’ payments to owners, repairing properties occupied by tenants, and setting up utility accounts for properties.

My job at Atlas Property Management consisted of collecting accounts receivable, issuing accounts payable, dispersing employee and owner checks, reconciling bank accounts and credit cards, gathering information and applying for landlord insurance policies, tracking property turnover expenses, setting up utility accounts, issuing payroll, and much more. In brief, I was responsible for knowing where every cent was at all times.

 

3E Consulting Services – Intern

3E Consulting Services is an innovative company that uses technology to help firms develop more efficient and effective business practices. For instance, it uses the combination of Microsoft Excel and Access to turn its clients’ physical documents into digital documents, which are then stored in a database and uploaded to the cloud for easy access later. In addition, this company conducts SAP training sessions at various Fortune 500 companies to help bring each staff member up to speed with the technology, which, in turn, helps enable the companies to reach their goals. Also, 3E Consulting Services manages its clients’ storerooms by conducting regular inventories and receiving goods using SAP and Maximo.

While interning at this organization, I had several primary responsibilities. First, I completed annual and daily inventories at Kellogg Company and Johnson and Johnson. Second, I conducted the daily receiving for Kellogg Company. Third, I helped create and populate databases for numerous companies, including Kellogg Company, Johnson and Johnson, and Sunoco. All of these jobs required me to be familiar with SAP, Maximo, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
