Health Consultant
As a Health Consulting Analyst at Mercer, I support the design, evaluation, and delivery of employer-sponsored health and benefits programs. My role includes conducting financial analyses, benchmarking health plan performance, modeling cost projections, and assisting with strategic recommendations that improve plan value for clients and employees. I work with senior consultants to prepare client deliverables, analyze claims and utilization data, contribute to renewal strategy, and support vendor evaluations such as medical, pharmacy, and telehealth partners. This position strengthens my expertise in employee benefits, health policy, actuarial concepts, and data-driven decision-making within a leading global consulting firm.
