Training as a Sales Consultant at Provence Catering. This job I am currently back and forth with. I would like to gain status with my current company and eventually sell parties to clients and help with all their event needs. I am in training for it now. I sit in on many meetings with current and new clientele. My job has required me to send follow up emails, letters and phone calls to clients, conduct tours of venues, give menu tastings and help give advice for all the clients’ event needs.
Captain/ Maître d’/ Butler at Provence Catering. My main job at Provence is a butler/captain at events. I have provided customer service for many events ranging in size from 30-400+ guests. When I serve as Captain, I am in charge of planning events, assigning jobs to staff, handling all of the clients’ needs and also serving as a liaison with chefs and staff.
