Stone/Concrete Craftsman
§ Worked with team of 2-6 masons to complete projects including flag stone/concrete patios, stairs, home extensions, pointing stone walls, etc.
§ Modified grounds by inserting necessary trenches for pipes before flattening stone and sand in preparation for laying flagstone or pouring cement (walkways/patios).
§ Determined which tools were necessary to provide safe/organized work sites and efficient completion of specific projects.
§ Assisted other masons with other required tasks such as strenuous lifting or use of saws to cut wood or stone.
Black Bass Hotel Restaurant (April 2015 – January 2018)

§ Managed kitchen activity and communicated with servers and chefs to efficiently prepare and serve customers food in high-end dining establishment.
§ Trained and supervised newly hired employees in customer expectations of high-end dining set by management of the restaurant.
§ Coordinated with management in arrangement of large events/weddings by organizing indoor or outdoor banquet areas and catered to needs of guests.
§ Provided customer service to hotel guests by preparing rooms and providing room services.
§ Performed additional tasks for upper management such as housekeeping needs and property management.
