My role is sponsored by Temple University&#8217;s Campus Recreation and Community Services department. In this position, I manage building access, enforce university policies, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff. My responsibilities include monitoring building activity, coordinating with event staff, responding to facility-related issues, and serving as a point of contact during evening and weekend shifts. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I have also gained practical experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and facility management \u2014 all of which are transferable to professional settings in business and information systems.
