I explored how SLIs help quantify performance, and how SLOs turn those indicators into meaningful goals that align with user expectations. I also learned how error budgets provide a structured way to balance innovation and reliability, holding teams accountable when performance falls short. Finally, I gained a better understanding of how SLAs formalize service expectations with customers.
