In this role, I\u2019ll work with consulting teams to help employers design and evaluate their health and welfare benefit programs, using data and analysis to support real-world decisions about plan design, costs, and employee experience. The position is hybrid, so I\u2019ll split my time between WTW\u2019s 1900 Market Street office and working from home, giving me the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues both in person and virtually.
