Women in Consulting Panel Discussion
“Behind Every Successful Woman is Herself”
On Friday, March 16th from 5-7pm Women’s Entrepreneurial Organization & Temple Consulting Club were collaborating to host a panel discussion featuring four prominent female consultants, two of which are in IT consulting. This was a great event for MIS students to learn more about IT consulting as well as challenges and successes of women in the workplace. I learned a lot about how women should not only be confident in ourselves, but also empower other women in this IT industry to grow and thrive together. Although IT consulting is a challenging industry which combines the challenges of both IT and Consulting industries, there’re always lots of opportunity and room to grow.
