Software & Cloud Development Intern
I spent 10 weeks this summer as a Software & Cloud Development intern at Agile1Tech Corporation, working from July through early September 2025. During my time there, I got to work on web and cloud applications using technologies like AWS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MySQL. I was involved in API integrations and testing to help improve how systems performed. It was really helpful being able to take what I’d learned in my classes and actually apply it to real projects. I picked up a lot of new skills in software development and cloud services, and got experience with prompt engineering and user research that I hadn’t done before. Working with the team taught me a lot about collaborating in a fast-paced environment, and I had to adapt quickly to new challenges and communicate effectively with different people on projects. The whole experience really helped me understand how the technical concepts from my coursework actually work in practice, and I feel much more confident about pursuing a career in technology after seeing what the day-to-day work is really like. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Agile1Tech and the valuable lessons and experience it gave me.
