HRM 1101: Leadership and Organizational Management
This course prepared me to address challenges of leading high performing organizations. I examined the enablers of principled organizational leadership and performance. I also learned about forming high performing teams and about leadership, change management, decision-making, culture, communication, human resource management, and globalization. Although this class is required for all students at the Fox School of Business, I greatly enjoyed this course and learning about team formation and setting goals to achieve them.
ECON 1102: Microeconomics
This course taught me how supply and demand can change the market and market price. I also learned about how monopolies and oligopolies are formed and how they effect the economy. Topics such as factors of production, shocks in economy and their effects, public goods, and competition were also covered in-depth in this course.

LGLS 1101: Legal Environment of Business
This course introduced me to the essential aspects of law with an emphasis on the legal environment of business. I am learning the basics of contract, tort, property, and administrative law as well as international law. The law involving business includes discussions of the types of legal entities, as well as employer and employee relationships. I am also learning about business ethics and the ways in which the law impacts my life in a personal and business setting.
MIS 2101: Information Systems in Organizations
In this course, I am learning about the important ace of data organization and visualization. By the end of the semester, I will also be able to identify and explain management information systems applications including customer relationship management systems, enterprise systems, e-commerce applications, business analytics and emerging technologies. I gained hands-on experience with data organization and visualization through working with Salesforce and Maxlab. This experience showed me how the skill of data organization is important in the real world to make businesses more efficient.
