Coursework
Through the courses that I have taken at Temple so far, I have learned information that I know will be very useful in the business world. One course that I took during my first semester is Human Resources Management, where I learned the importance of being able to effectively interact with others in a business setting and how to go about doing so. I have also taken macroeconomics and microeconomics courses, where I have learned about GDP, the current state of the economy, and how the economy functions. I have taken multiple English classes here at Temple and I have been able to learn how to write in a professional way. I have certainly become a much better writer because of these classes! I have taken two statistics classes as well, and I found the information very interesting and I am looking forward to applying the knowledge that I have gained from these classes in my future career. I am currently taking my first MIS class and I really enjoy it. I love learning about the information systems and decision making strategies used in business. While I have really enjoyed my classes so far, I am extremely excited to begin taking the majority of my MIS courses in the future. I am eager to expand my knowledge and learn a lot more about MIS!
