MY SCHOOLS
Upon completing my associates degree, I knew that I more than anything wanted to attend Temple University. The Fox school of business is world-renowned and the job placement rating (if you work with the career department) is well over 90%. Here I am currently working on my bachelors in marketing. Their mission is to transform lives through education, and I believe that graduating from this school with my degree will have me prepared to begin my career.
Montgomery County Community College
Montgomery Country Community College (or Montco as it is known to those who attend) is a local community college that offers over 100 associates degree in multiple areas of study. The idea that they try to impress upon all of their students is to ‘Think Big,’ and they have a brilliant faculty who constantly pushes the students to do just that. The courses are all offered at varying times so that it is easy to attend night classes when you have to work during the day, and Montco also has transfer agreements with many 4-year institutions so that when you earn your associates degree you can then bring all of those credits with you on your course towards a bachelors. Montco is a nationally recognized community college and the best economic choice when you are fresh out of high school and working to put yourself through school. I graduated Cum Laude in August of 2013.
