Cooking

I love to cook and making food. This is because of my curiosity and interest to satisfy my taste bud with different kind of food, flavor, texture and etc. When I am making food in a large portion I will invite my friend randomly for lunch or dinner to try and judge my new experiment with food. My cooking style is random, I can cook authentic Malaysian cuisine, but I am also open with other types of cuisine and dessert from the whole world such as, Italian cuisine, Asian gourmet cuisine, Indian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine, American cuisine, and also other cuisine that I think worth to give a shot.

Cycling

I also enjoy cycling. I have owned 4 bicycles up to date. I definitely, going to add more bicycle in the future. Cycling is really interesting as “You’ll get there faster, (Kayuh Bicycle),” than walking or by car.  Cycling is one of my favorite, as it helps me to explore Philly to the fullest, I can enjoy the scenery, and get from point A to point B without polluting the environment. Also I hope I can make a 100 miles ride before May 2015.

Motorsport

My first time gokarting, will do it again sometime. One of my favorite activities.

I love cars. I love them. In my opinion, they are very fascinating piece of engineering. Cars really shows that what physics, chemistry and engineering capable of. Some of automotive part that I am really fascinates are, Hy-KERS, DRS, turbo, biturbo, supercharge, W12, W16, VTEC, hybrid, 0% emission, NOS, aerodynamics, transmission(7G-tronic, Z-tronic, single-clutch, double-clutch, steptronic and etc.). I am also up to date with the Formula 1 Racing.

Traveling and Exploring

One of my favorite activities are traveling and exploring.  It gives me new experience and feeling. I enjoy meeting new people, experiencing different culture, feeling of a new atmosphere, satisfying my taste bud with different cuisine and also, talking to people with different kind of accent.

I have traveled to Florida, New York, Washington DC, Rhode Island, Boston, Chicago, Michigan, and Nashville. I hope to have a chance to visit West Coast, and Seattle. This coming winter-break 2013-2014, I am travelling to Europe!!!!! I am super excited about it.
