Fixed operations Intern

In my role at Subaru, I work under the Digital Service Technology Manager and the Telematics Manager. Under the Digital Service Technology manager, I assist with reporting, vendor meetings, and presentations. I work with the DST manager to ensure that the digital service technology tools used by the technicians in the car service shops are working properly. I do reporting on lead time for customer service, what dealerships are enrolled with what vendors, and more using excel. Under the Telematics Manager, I assist with presenting to different stakeholders, ensuring the telematics in the cars are functioning properly, and assisting with other adhoc needs. A project that I worked on with the team was making sure the APIs used were communicating properly for a new initiative. The initiative was to allow for a tool to pull up data about recall information on cars. I have learned a lot from my time at Subaru. I have learned excel skills, presentation skills, and more information on how the corporate world works. I have learned the communication process that can take place throughout a business.
