Journal Entry 5
This week we made real progress at our meeting with our BAs. We assigned clear responsibilities to each of the BAs, so that a person is held accountable when something does not get done. One of our BAs was also very frustrated with the accountable of some of the other BAs and brought out his frustration. This reminded of the story we read in the heart of change, when there was a merger, and people needed to lash out each other in order to move forward. Our BAs handled this situation well, and now the air is clear. Our BAs also have good ideas for the solution, and will have deliverables pertaining to their solution for next week.
