Also, I<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> learned how to recognize and deal with unconscious prejudices. This activity emphasizes the value of fostering diverse and inclusive <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">environments in organizations<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, which directly connects to my management information systems courses and career ambitions. To manage data, technology, and information systems within a company successfully, managers of management information systems (MIS) must comprehend and promote an inclusive culture.
