System Administrator (IT Intern)
During the summer, I interned as a system administrator for Mid Atlantic Retina’s IT department. I learned to provide technical support for doctors and technicians in a medical setting, assist with help-desk calls and tickets, and install & practiced troubleshooting of devices, such as desktop and laptop computers. Once the internship was finished, I was offered a part-time position during the school year, which I have been lucky enough to partake in. Recently, I have begun a project in which I travel to each of our different office locations and place each employee onto our domain to ensure data safety.
