My responsibilities included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Organizing weekly meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coordinating monthly fundraising tournaments, previously have partnered with Temple University&#8217;s D1 women&#8217;s volleyball team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Managed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the club allocation and finances.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ensuring smooth communication among members and university staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This semester, our club grew in membership from 107 members to 181, offering players of all skill levels opportunities to improve their game and build a sense of community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This role honed my skills in leadership, event planning, and teamwork. I learned to balance logistical challenges, motivate and lead a team of ten officers, and create a space where everyone felt valued.
