Boosting SaaS Products with New Technologies

This was a 2 day event from Jan 18-19 it was a live streams hosted by Javy Martinez. Throughout both days they had multiple speakers to talk about the different technological tools such as AI and Info360 that can be used to improve SaaS.
I learned that AI can use personalization to learn a users prior experiences and use that information to customize interface design in SaaS as well as helping with predictions on what a user might like based on pass preferences and behaviors
This relates to my career goal because I will most likely be working in a field that uses SaaS so it is important to know any technologies or other changes that can help improve SaaS to make it easier to use.
