Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication
This video did a great job of explaining ways to communicate to people in your environment better. The video talks about how to address people who strong on their opinions or beliefs and how to make a valid argument without putting them down. It also talks about how to acknowledge when you are wrong and the best ways to support your argument without it sounding only opinionated. It tells you how to change your opinion publicly and how not to jump to conclusions. This is a great video because it will help me with dealing with different types of personalities in the workplace. There are proper ways to get along with your peers/colleagues. It’s all about how you handle the situation.
